Pantene Beautiful Lengths
11 Nov 2008 05:50 PM Personal, About Us, NewsI finally went and had my ridiculously long hair cut today by Mandi at Towne & Country in Maineville. She did an absolutely beautiful job! And now, I am donating the hair that was cut to Pantene Beautiful Lengths. PBL is a non-profit organization that uses donated hair to make wigs for woman who have lost their hair due to cancer. It takes 6 donations to make just one wig! But you only need 8 inches to donate.
So if you have long hair, or are growing it out…please consider donating to this wonderful organization. It feels really great to be doing something for women who have lost so much to cancer. And if that’s not enough for you, your cut is free at Towne & Country if you are donating your hair to charity.
And here is a look at the beautiful job that Mandy did today. Photo courtesy of Matt Johnson.

I work for Pantene and saw your post about Beautiful Lengths, and couldn’t help but reply back. It’s a wonderful program that I’m very proud to be associated with. I lost my grandmother to breast cancer, so it’s very dear to my heart. Thanks so much for taking the time to share your story with others. if you’re interested in sharing your story at our site, please visit us @ http://www.beautifullengths.com/en_US/makethecut.jsp
